The MT-series stages are primarily used on measuring microscopes and profile projectors in both reflected and transmitted light applications.

 

These stages can be integrated into different systems through specific mounting hole patterns, or using special adaptors

 

■for transmitted light applications

■Various micrometers with a resolution of up to 1 μm are available on request. (not included in scope of delivery)

■For mounting the stage, there are 4 holes (M5, 90 x 90 mm) in the lower plate.

■Other hole patterns or special adaptors are available on request.
